Join with us for three important professional development conferences July 15-16 (The Educator Conference), July 30 (New Teacher Orientation I) and August 23 (New Teacher (Orientation II) and enjoy a premier sponsorship opportunity.

Multi-Conference Sponsor Program — $1200

Placement in directory of vendors with brief description of service providers to all attendees.
Conference attendees will visit each booth to receive an answer to the question on their “passport” cards to be eligible for prize drawings.
Verbal recognition at events ranging in size from 100 to 400 attendees.
Company logo included in signage.
Recognition as a sponsor (with logo/brand promotion) at Professional Development Day for 200 school principals and other administrators in July (date TBD).
Recognition as a sponsor (with logo/brand promotion) at the Leadership Conference for 400 school administrators and management level employees in July (date TBD).
Professional Development A-La-Cart Sponsorship — $400 each

All benefits listed above for the event chosen, except for the Professional Development Day and Leadership Conference Recognition.
The Educator Conference

Set to take place at Seminole State College on July 15 and 16, this conference is anticipated to attract 300 education professionals.

You will want to set up displays each day between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m for maximum exposure to the 300 attendees.
As a valued sponsor, you will be be acknowledged during the opening presentation.
The promotional items you donate for our event will be used in drawings that take place during lunch and closing comments.
New Teacher Orientation I

Planned for Wednesday, July 30 at Seminole High School, this workshop has an estimated attendance of 125 new teachers in Seminole County.

You will want to set up displays each day between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m for maximum exposure to the 125 attendees.
Beginning at 7:30 AM, you will have the opportunity to mingle with attendees.
Your displays will be open and available to attendees to visit until after their lunch (1 PM).
The promotional items you donate for our event will be used in a drawing during lunch.
New Teacher Orientation II

On Saturday, August 23, at 7:30, approximately 125 new teachers will participate in a new teacher orientation at the Educational Support Center in Lake Mary.

You will want to set up displays each day between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m for maximum exposure to the 125 attendees.
Teachers will visit booths from 7:30 to 9:00 AM.
The promotional items you donate for our event will be used in drawings that take place during lunch.
