Seminole County is a wonderful place to live, work and learn!
We’ve got a great thing going in Seminole County and know our A-rated school district is a major reason why many choose to call Seminole County home. Our more than 67,000 students receive the knowledge, skills and attitudes to be productive citizens.
Aligned with the school district and priorities of Superintendent Dr. Walt Griffin, The Foundation focuses on three priorities for funding:
- Remove barriers that keep children from coming to school ready to learn.
- Provide resources in classrooms and enhance student performance.
- Help maintain our high performing school district by providing for professional development and recognition of our high performing educators and support staff.
The Foundation is here to support the needs of students and teachers, but we can’t do it without you! Thanks to the businesses and community members who support The Foundation, we’re able to provide better opportunities in Seminole County Public Schools.
