The Foundation is uniquely situated to bring together donors, business leaders, and the school district to fund innovative programs that increase opportunities for students and close the achievement gap. We are flexible to emerging needs of students and teachers and plug in to provide programs that school funding does not cover.

While our organization has grown to meet increasing need in our community, our mission has remained true to improve student achievement in Seminole County Public Schools. The Foundation focuses on four goals to enhance education:

• Increase student achievement
• Develop teachers and staff
• Enhance community engagement
• Support school district alignment
