The Orlando Magic Youth Fund, a fund of the McCormick Foundation, recently granted $20,000 to the Foundation for Seminole County Public Schools to support the Last Best Chance program, helping high-needs students and families. Certified teachers, guidance counselors and support staff work with students to keep them on track for graduation with their cohorts. Students receive tutoring in all core subjects, practice for the ACT/SAT, visit colleges and parents participated in family workshops.
